The hotel offers clean and sunny balcony rooms, but the live music on Saturday nights can be a bit loud. The service is amazing with kind and helpful staff, and the location is brilliant, just a minute from the tram for easy city access. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and extremely quiet with a beautiful view overlooking the road. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay in July 2022 memorable. The location was perfect in the historical part of Istanbul, close to major attractions, and the dining experience was excellent with a wide range of options.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had everything we needed and were very comfortable, with a great bed and an option to choose different pillows if we wished. The bathroom had a really 'Istanbul' character, but they were a bit on the small side. The hotel was very clean and neat, creating a cozy and clean atmosphere. Due to very bad weather in March, all flights for the day were canceled.
